The Dining Room and Fireplace

The Fox's Den Tavern is a full-service Restaurant and Pub located at 7 West Washington Street in Middleburg, Virginia.  Opened in October, 2010, The Fox's Den has quickly developed a reputation for excellence in the Virginia Piedmont.  Focusing on Farm-to-Table freshness, Produce is purchased from local purveyors and Meats from area butchers.  Our Wine List includes selections from local Vintners such as Boxwood Winery.  Chef de Cuisine John LoBuglio, formerly of Candelora's Restaurant in Lovettsville, Virginia, adds a local touch and brings a fresh take to standard American dining. The Restaurant is open for Dinner daily, Wednesday through Sunday, and Lunch and Dinner daily, Thursday through Sunday in addition to Sunday Brunch.  Hours are 11:30 am - 3:00 pm for Lunch and 5:00 pm -9:30 pm for Dinner.   A Pub Menu is available for lite fare between 3:00 pm - 5:00 pm.  The Pub is open for bar service until 2:00 am nightly.  The Restaurant is available for private functions and offers limited catering.  Holidays and local community events inspire special menus and offerings, such as our annual Christmas in Middleburg outdoor Barbecue and six-course New Year's Eve Gala.  Reservations are suggested, however walk-in's are also welcomed.
